Panama compliance obligations have clear formulas in the law, but few accessible public resources to verify them. Most labor calculators online are out of date, omit key items (like Education Insurance or Professional Risk by CIIU), or sit behind paywalls. Employers and employees end up making decisions about B/.5,000 to B/.50,000 figures based on guesses.

Our calculators are built on the official formulas of each current law. They cite the relevant decree or law. They show the step-by-step breakdown, not just the total. And they are updated when DGI or MITRADEL change rates or brackets.

They are reference tools, not legal advice. Every labor case has nuances (variable salaries, special contracts, justified or unjustified causes, personal deductions) that require professional analysis. For complex or risky situations, always consult a Panamanian labor advisor or accountant.
