Starting today, every invoice issued from cifraHQ can carry a payment button. The customer clicks it, pays by card or ACH transfer on a secure Stripe-hosted page, and in that same instant cifraHQ marks the invoice as paid, zeroes the balance, posts the journal entry to the mapped account and books the Stripe processing fee separately as a bank charge. The distance between "invoice sent" and "payment received" collapses to a single click.
Collect faster, account for it without touching anything
For most companies, getting paid is still a multi-day process: the customer looks up bank details, initiates the transfer, emails a receipt and someone in accounting matches it against the invoice by hand. The cifraHQ + Stripe integration removes every one of those steps:
- A payment button on every invoice: customers pay by credit or debit card, ACH or a shareable link, on a secure Stripe payment page.
- Automatic reconciliation: the payment is recorded against the right invoice, the balance drops to zero and the journal entry posts itself to the mapped account.
