What stays the same, whichever you choose
cifraHQ's integration with both PACs is native, with no middleware. Every invoice, credit note or debit note travels to the SFEP, receives its CUFE and is posted automatically. The reports, traceability and workflow are identical. And if you decide to switch PACs in the future, your issued invoices remain valid and the change is an administrative decision, not a technical migration.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between contracting Alanube and WebPOS in cifraHQ?
Alanube is available direct from P4 Software: enablement, folios and support are managed with P4 Software in a single commercial relationship, with folios at $0.08 per document and a $12.50 monthly minimum. With WebPOS, the company contracts the PAC service directly with WebPOS and cifraHQ connects natively to that account.
Are both PACs certified by the DGI?
Yes. Both Alanube and WebPOS are Qualified Authorization Providers (PAC) certified by Panama's DGI to transmit documents to the SFEP. With either one, invoices receive their CUFE and the DGI authorization.
Can I switch PACs later?
Yes. Invoices already issued remain valid and cifraHQ already has both integrations built, so switching PACs is an administrative decision, not a technical migration.
Which PAC is right for me?
If you want a single commercial relationship, fast activation and simple folio pricing, Alanube direct from P4 Software is the shortest path. If your operation is retail with physical points of sale and fiscal printers, or you already have a relationship with WebPOS, WebPOS is an excellent option. Either way, the experience inside cifraHQ is the same.
